A short, plain-language summary of what this site collects through its forms and how that information is handled.
What we collect
When you use the registration, contact or sponsorship forms, we collect the details you enter - your name and email, and where you provide them your organization, phone number, sponsorship tier of interest, and message. The stored record may also include your delegate category, the subject of your enquiry, your consent status, which form you used, and the date and time you submitted it.
Cookies & third-party requests
We do not set our own advertising or analytics cookies. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts on every page, and the contact page embeds a Google Map; both send a request to Google, which may receive your IP address and browser details under Google’s own privacy terms.
The Ask ESG assistant
When you use the Ask ESG assistant, your question is sent to Cloudflare’s AI and search (Vectorize) services to generate a reply. To speed up common queries, single-question requests may be cached for about 24 hours.
Who receives your data
Validated form submissions are stored in Hawkama International's Cloudflare KV backup. When email delivery is enabled, a delivery provider also relays them to the ESG Qatar 2026 organizing team in Doha. If delivery is unavailable, the form reports an error and asks you to email the team directly. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes submissions on our behalf.
Deleting your data
Email us to request deletion. Hawkama International will process the request operationally and remove the matching submission from its Cloudflare KV backup and, where applicable, request deletion from the email delivery provider.
